Q1: What products do you manufacture?
We are a custom manufacturing factory specializing in made-to-drawing parts rather than standard off-the-shelf products. Our main expertise is in machining mechanical components such as shafts, couplings, bearing housings, flanges, non-standard screws, wall plates, connecting plates, and other custom parts.
Q2: What industries are your products used in?
Our products are widely used in robotics, drones, lighting, smart home systems, industrial control equipment, consumer electronics, household appliances, and other industries. With flexible customization, stable quality, and broad application compatibility, we can meet the sourcing needs of distributors, trading companies, factories, and brand owners.
Q3: Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We provide custom manufacturing based on your drawings or physical samples. OEM and ODM cooperation is also available.

Q1: How can I get a quotation?
Please send us your product drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, and other technical requirements by email, together with your contact email address. We will review the information and send you a quotation as soon as possible.
International Trade Terms
Q1: Can you offer EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms?
We currently support EXW and FOB trade terms.
Q2: What markets do you serve?
We serve customers in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.
Delivery & Shipping
Q1: Can I order samples first? How long does sampling take?
Yes. Sample production usually takes about 5–7 days. The exact lead time may vary depending on the complexity and technical requirements of the custom parts.
Q2: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production usually takes 15–30 days. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity, production complexity, peak seasons, or special material requirements.
Q3: What shipping methods do you offer?
We can arrange shipment by air, sea, or international express. FOB shipping terms are also supported.
Q4: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Customers are welcome to schedule a factory visit in advance.
Payment & After-sales
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and other agreed payment methods.
Q2: Can you issue invoices?
Yes. We can provide proforma invoices and commercial invoices for payment and customs clearance purposes.
Q3: Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We take customer intellectual property and drawing confidentiality seriously and can sign an NDA before cooperation.
Q4: Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes. We provide after-sales and quality assurance support. If a verified quality issue occurs, we can arrange replacement, replenishment, or other appropriate solutions according to the specific situation.
